Marc Allen Rona is Founder and President of Workers Advocacy Group Enterprises, LLC (W.A.G.E.)

W.A.G.E. was created to provide workers with a resource to learn their rights, and help them determine if money is owed by a current or former employer

Marc has spent the past 20 years developing his skills in Direct Marketing, Sales and Business Management

Marc graduated from Ithaca College in 1991 with a BS in Business Management, and soon formed his first direct marketing company. In 1994 Marc opened a motorcycle shop in New York City’s SOHO district specializing in Harley-Davidson customization, repair and sales. Capitalizing on a developing trend, American Dream Machine was a forerunner to the popular art of high end Harley Davidson customization.

In 1999, seeing the growth opportunities developing in the online marketing world, Marc and his business partner formed Big iDeals, a direct marketing company which bridged online companies with the offline world. Big iDeals was acquired by Sweepsclub.com in early 2000.

Sweepsclub.com, was a leading online performance based marketing and loyalty solutions provider. In April 2002, Naviant, Inc. acquired Sweepsclub, and in August 2002, Naviant was acquired by Equifax, Inc. (www.equifax.com)

Marc retained his position as Vice President of Sales and Management of Equifax Marketings Services New York City office.

In August of 2011, Marc founded Workers Advocacy Group Enterprises.

Marc is also a managing partner of Broad Base Media, LLC, a boutique direct marketing firm providing managed services to various online clients and media partners. (www.broadbasemedia.com)
