Thank you for visiting the WAGE™ website located at (the “Site”).The Site is an Internet property of Workers Advocacy Group Enterprises, LLC (“WAGE™,” “we” or “us”).  WAGE™ has created this WAGE™ Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) in order to disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices.  You agree to this Privacy Policy, in its entirety, when you: (a)access the Site; and/or (b) utilize the WAGE™ Service (as that term is defined in the WAGE™ Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) in order to obtain information regarding legal services (“Legal Services”) as offered and provided by third party attorneys, law firms and/or legal service providers (collectively,“Third Party Legal Professionals”).  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS THE SITE AND/OR USE THE WAGE™ SERVICE.

Your Privacy Rights

personal information that we have shared with third parties in the preceding

Information About You that We

We collect information
about you in three (3) primary ways:

•     Information that You Provide to WAGE™ on the Site:

To receive information
regarding Third Party Legal Professionals, you must first fully complete the questionnaire
form(s) located on the Site (collectively, the “Site Questionnaire”). The
information that you must supply on the Site Questionnaire includes, but is not
limited to: (a)
questions regarding your current and/or prior employment including, but not
limited to: (i) the manner in which your prior employment ended, if applicable;
(ii) whether or not you believe that you suffered any discrimination based on
your gender, ethnicity, handicap or otherwise; (iii) questions regarding your
wages, the schedule of payments, your job duties and job description/title; and
(iv) any unpaid wages and/or overtime that you believe is/are owed to you; (b)
your first and last name; (c) your e-mail address; (d) your work, home and/or
mobile telephone number(s); (e) your home address; and/or (f) any other
information requested on the Site Questionnaire.  For
purposes of this Privacy Policy, item (a) in the preceding sentence shall be
referred to as “Sensitive Information.”  For purposes of this Privacy Policy,
items (a) through (f) in the preceding sentence shall be referred to as
“Personal Information.”

•     Information that Is Automatically Collected  When You Access and Use the Site:

IP Addresses/Browser Type:

We may collect certain non-personally identifiable information about you when
you visit many of the pages of the Site. This non-personally identifiable
information includes, without limitation, the type of browser that you use
(e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer), your IP address, the type of operating
system that you use (e.g., Windows or Mac OS) and the domain name of your
Internet service provider (e.g., America Online, Earthlink).  We use the
non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design
and content of the Site and to enable us to personalize your Internet
experience.  We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze Site
usage, as well as to offer you products and services.

Cookies:  When an end-user (“User”) visits the Site, we send a cookie and/or gif file (“Cookie”) to assign
an anonymous, unique identifier to the applicable User’s Internet browser.  A
Cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing non-personally
identifiable information about you.  Cookies have many benefits to enhance your

Aggregate Data:  WAGE™
reserves the right to transfer and/or sell aggregate or group data about WAGE™ Users for lawful purposes.  Aggregate or group data is
data that describes the demographics, usage or other characteristics of WAGE™ Users as a group, without disclosing personally
identifiable information.

•     Information that We Obtain From Third Parties:

From time to time we may collect information about you from third parties, such as updated contact information, and search term and search result information from your Web searches.

How We Use the Information that We Collect

We use the Personal Information that you supply to personalize your experience with the Site,process your request for Legal Services by transferring your Personal Information to those Third Party Legal Professionals that you request to be contacted by and for verification purposes.  The Personal Information that you submit to WAGE™  remains your property, but by submitting that Personal Information (other than
Sensitive Information) to WAGE™ you grant WAGE™ the right, subject to applicable state and federal law, to use that Personal Information for
marketing purposes.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we reserve the right to share, sell, rent, lease  and/or otherwise distribute any and all Personal Information (other than Sensitive Information) with/to any third-party for any and all uses permitted by this Privacy Policy and applicable law.  These third-parties may include, but shall  not be limited to: (a) providers of direct marketing services and applications,
including lookup and reference, data enhancement, suppression and validation; (b) e-mail marketers; (c) telemarketers (where permitted by applicable law);(d) SMS text-based marketers (where and to the extent permitted by applicable law); and (e) direct marketers.  We may also use your Personal Information (other than Sensitive Information) for any WAGE™ Service-related purpose and/or marketing and survey purpose, on our own behalf and on behalf of our affiliates and subsidiaries.  You agree that we may contact you at any time with updates
and/or any other information that we may deem appropriate for you to receive in connection with your continued use of the Site and/or WAGE™ Service.

Your Personal Information (other than Sensitive Information) will be shared with advertisers
on an aggregate and non-aggregate basis.  We also use contact information from
your Personal Information, other than your mobile telephone number if collected
(except where permitted by applicable law), to send you information about WAGE™
and to keep you informed of our other products and services that may be of
interest to you.  Please keep in mind, that WAGE™ does not control, and is not
responsible for, the practices of our third-party advertisers including, but
not limited to, Third Party Legal Professionals.  If you wish to stop receiving
future communications from us and/or third party advertisers, or if you wish to
prevent the transfer and/or sale of your Personal Information to third parties
(subject to restrictions contained in applicable state and federal law), please

By registering on the Site, you agree that such act constitutes an inquiry and/or application for
purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR §310 et seq.), as
amended from time to time (the “Rule”) and applicable state do-not-call
regulations.  As such, notwithstanding that your telephone number may be listed
on the Federal Trade Commission’s Do-Not-Call List, and/or on applicable state
do-not-call lists, where you provide your telephone number to us, we retain the
right to contact you via telemarketing in accordance with the Rule and
applicable state do-not-call regulations.

In addition, by submitting your mobile telephone number on the Site, you agree to receive
mobile marketing including, but not limited to, text-message based marketing,
from us and our third party advertisers and marketers (where, and to the extent
that, such marketing is permitted by applicable law).  Notwithstanding that
your mobile telephone number may be listed on state and/or federal Do-Not-Call
registries, where you provide your mobile telephone number to us, we retain the
right to contact you via text-message based marketing to the greatest extent
permitted by applicable state and federal law.  Further, you agree that we
reserve the right to share, sell, rent, lease and/or otherwise distribute your
mobile telephone and other mobile data with/to any third-party for any and all
non-marketing uses permitted by this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, WAGE™ reserves the right to release current or past Personal
Information: (i) in the event that we believe that the Site and/or WAGE™ Service
is/are being or has/have been used in violation of the Terms and Conditions;
(ii) if the information is subpoenaed; provided, however, that, where
permitted by applicable law, we shall provide you with e-mail notice, and
opportunity to challenge the subpoena, prior to disclosure of any Personal
Information pursuant to a subpoena; or (iii) if WAGE™ is sold, merged or acquired;
provided, however, that if WAGE™ is involved in a merger, acquisition or
sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a
prominent notice on the Site of any change in ownership or uses of your
Personal Information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your
Personal Information.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

All collected information is stored in a technically and physically secure environment. When our
registration/application process asks Users to enter Sensitive Information, and
when we store and transmit such Sensitive Information, that Sensitive
Information is encrypted and protected with SSL encryption software.  While we
use SSL encryption to protect Sensitive Information online, we also do everything
in our power to protect all User Personal information both online and

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  As a
result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure
or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us, and you do
so at your own risk.  Once we receive your transmission, we make reasonable
efforts to ensure its security on our systems.  Access to this information is
strictly limited, and not accessible to the public.  All of our Users’ Personal
Information, not just the Sensitive Information mentioned above, is restricted
in our offices.  Only employees who need the information to perform a specific
job (for example a customer service representative) are granted access to Personal
Information.  Our employees are dedicated to ensuring the security and privacy
of all User information. Employees not adhering to our firm policies are
subject to disciplinary action.  In compliance with applicable law, we shall
notify you and any applicable regulatory agencies in the event that we learn of
an information security breach with respect to your Personal Information.  You

and inquiry response-related messages from WAGE™, you must cease requesting WAGE™
Service and cease submitting inquiries to WAGE™, as applicable.

Deleting and Updating Your Information

At your request, we will inform you of what Personal Information we have on file for you.  In
addition, at your request, we will remove Personal Information that you have

Please be advised that deleting your Personal Information will only delete the
Personal Information contained in our database.  This deletion will not change
or delete Personal Information which may have already been shared with third
parties, all as provided above in this Privacy Policy.  You will need to

Visitors under eighteen (18) years of age are not permitted to use and/or submit their Personal
Information at the Site.  WAGE™ does not knowingly solicit or collect
information from visitors under eighteen (18) years of age.  WAGE™ encourages
parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to
participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children.

Updates to this Privacy Policy

WAGE™ reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a notice
on the Site that we are changing our Privacy Policy.  If the manner in which we
use Personal Information changes, WAGE™ will notify Users by: (a) sending the
modified policy to our Users via email; and/or (b) by any other reasonable
means acceptable under applicable state and federal law.  You will have a
choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner.
At any time that you do not agree with the changes, you must opt out from
receiving future communications from us (see the “Opt-Out/Unsubscribe” section
above).  Failure to opt out after notice of any such changes constitutes an
